Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies (Allergy Friendly)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup dairy-free butter Earth Balance buttery sticks
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup plant-based milk almond, soy, hemp,oat etc.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 10 oz dairy-free chocolate chips Enjoy Life semi-sweet mini chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl mix the butter, sugar, vanilla extract and plant milk together.
  3. Add flour, baking soda and salt to mixing bowl and mix until evenly incorporated.
  4. Add chocolate chips into the mixing bowl and mix until evenly incorporated.
  5. Form dough into 2 tbsp mounds and place onto a lined cookie sheet at least two inches apart.
  6. Place cookies in oven and bake for 10-12 mins or until they become light golden brown in color.
  7. Remove cookies from the oven and let cool for 5-10 mins before transfering to a cooling rack to finish cooling.
