Method
- In a large bowl coat the chicken in olive oil.
- Add salt, pepper, lime juice and chopped cilantro.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Cover and let marinate for 30 mins to an hour in the fridge (optional).
- Set Air Fryer to 360 degrees.
- Place the chicken skin side down in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 mins.
- Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 10-15 mins, until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
- Garnish with cilantro and lime juice to taste.
